What’s this site all about?
‘How e-hireable are you?’ asks you to complete a short survey and then works out your personal e-hireability (yes, we know that’s a new word!) score. The site is designed to be fun but should also give you some useful ideas about what you can do online to improve your chances of finding your next job.

Why are you running the research?
Enhance Media are an online research company. We aggregate all of the data and then look for trends and peaks. We’re trying to find out how e-savvy people are when looking for work online. This helps employers to improve the way they communicate with you when they are looking for new recruits.

What’s my e-hireable score?
Your personal e-hireable score is based on what you’ve done online. We ask you how you use the internet, how you approach the recruitment process online and give each question a score. We then add up the totals to give you an e-hireable score between 0 and 100. This will put you into one of 7 e-hireable groups.

Why is my e-score interesting?
Your e-score shows how much you’ve done on the internet, and what you’ve got left to do! You can email your friends from this site (with their permission) and challenge them to work out their own e-scores. If you read all the options in each question, you’ll see that “How e-hireable are you” also helps you by suggesting relevant job boards, social media sites and other methods you can use to find a job online.

Can I see the results?
You can see a summary of the results showing the average e-hireable score and how scores differ between the leading universities and degree courses. You can also find out more if you are an employer and want to communicate better with graduates.

Our responsibility to you.
With the exception of email address (so we can contact you) and the first three digits of your postcode, we won’t ask for any personal details during the survey. We also only analyse data in an aggregated format giving your answers complete anonymity. As an award winning research company we operate to strict MRS (Market Research Society) guidelines.
